Shipping Policy
1. Where we ship
We currently ship across the United States. Shipping cost and any applicable sales/use tax are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
3. Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. These are estimates and not guarantees; carrier or weather events may cause delays.
4. Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email once your order ships. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.
5. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address; re-shipping may incur additional charges.
6. P.O. boxes
We recommend a street address. Orders to P.O. boxes may ship via USPS and can take longer.
7. Risk of loss and carrier delays
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. Delivery times are then outside our control and we are not liable for carrier delays. If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will help resolve it (replacement or refund for verified carrier loss).
8. A note on cold weather
Extra virgin olive oil may turn cloudy or partially solidify in cold temperatures. This is a natural characteristic of fresh, unfiltered oil, does not affect quality, and reverses at room temperature — it is not a defect.

10. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination state and are shown in your cart and at checkout once a shipping address is entered (for example, “Est. delivery: 3–5 business days”). Estimates are in business days, start once the order has been processed and shipped, and exclude weekends and holidays. They are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays or events beyond our control.
