When do I receive the points from an order?
When the order is confirmed (status "Processing" or "Completed"). You'll see them in your account immediately.
What happens if I return an order?
Points earned on that order are automatically deducted, and if you'd redeemed points on that order, we refund them on cancellation.
Do points expire?
Yes, 12 months after you earn them. We'll email you 30 days before expiry.
Does it also apply to professional customers (B2B)?
Yes. The programme is for all registered customers, individuals and professionals.
Can I combine points with coupons?
