Refund & Return Policy

1. Our promise

We stand behind every bottle of Gotti extra virgin olive oil. Because we sell a food product, some items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons — but if anything is wrong with your order, we will make it right.

2. Food products and opened items

For health and safety reasons, opened or used food products cannot be returned. Unopened items in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

3. Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at bestoliveoil@gottigourmetusa.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

4. How to start a return

Email us with your order number and reason before shipping anything back; we will provide instructions and, where applicable, a return address. Do not send items without prior authorization.

5. Return shipping

For non-defective returns you are responsible for return shipping; we recommend a trackable method and retaining proof of postage. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; the time for it to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

7. Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged. For other exchanges, contact us and we will do our best to help, subject to availability.

8. Order cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipment; once shipped, the return process above applies.

9. Subscriptions (Gotti Club)

You can pause or cancel a Gotti Club subscription at any time from your account; changes apply to the next billing cycle. Shipments already processed follow this policy.

10. Non-returnable items

  • Opened or used food products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final-sale or clearance items.
